If your certificate is a blank white piece of paper with name, date and time on then please clear the cache of your browser and then reload.
When you download the certificate it will download correctly.

How to clear cache – search in your browser for specifics

Candidates can sign up for openly available courses once they have logged into the dashboard. Umpires Universe contracts to multiple sporting federations so if you are looking for a specific course it is best to contact them directly and sign up through their system

Hockey courses can be registered and paid for at https://academy.sahockey.co.za/

For Cricket South Africa and Tennis South Africa courses, please contact your Trainer or Head of Officials to get access to a rewrite.

For all hockey courses booked through SA Hockey, it is automatic, so upon registration you will receive a mail stating you are enrolled in a course. For Tennis & Cricket, the course will be available as per the trainer’s instructions.

Once all theory modules have been completed AND a practical has been attended, the practical will be marked within 72 hours of the practical taking place and then you can login to your profile, click on ‘enrolled courses’, then click ‘review progress’ and the certificate will be available for download.
Note: If you have not completed all the modules the certificate will not be available for download.

All orders will be shipped within one business day from the completion of the order.
If PUDO has been selected, it will be sent to the closest locker to the address listed and this takes 3 – 5 business days.
If Economy is selected then it will be delivered to the address provided and takes 2 – 3 business days.
Note: Back order items will be processed as stock arrives, generally a 4 week lead time.

The umpire socks for ladies need to be purchased separately, as soon saw stock is available it will be advertised, for the meantime please wear black socks.

This is a cache issue. In a new tab on your browser search ‘how do I clear my cache’ and once you have done that click the download button on the certificate page (select PDF) and it will download with the correct design.

When successfully registering for a course, the Umpires Universe system will automatically send you two (2) mails if you are a new client and one (1) if you are an existing client.
New clients will get a mail stating they have been successfully enrolled in a course AND then another mail stating their logins username and password, plus the link tot eh dashboard to login.
Existing clients will receive the successfully enrolled mail only and need to use their existing login details OR reset their password if necessary.
